Phoenix, AZ – Motorcyclist Killed in Loop 101 Crash Identified

Phoenix, AZ (November 14, 2019) – The motorcycle rider who died after he was run over by two different cars on Loop 101 on Tuesday, November 12th has been identified.  The victim was 24-year-old Noah L. Clementson, a resident of Wittman. Clementson was ejected from his motorcycle after he was rear-ended by a car.
