Phoenix, AZ – Woman Struck & Killed at 35th Ave & Bethany Home Rd
Phoenix, AZ (January 21, 2020) – A 34-year-old woman died in a crash involving two cars and a pedestrian in Phoenix on Tuesday night.
According to officers from the Phoenix Police Department, crews were called to the area of 35th Avenue and Bethany Home Road after 9:00 p.m. and saw that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. The victim, only identified as a 34-year-old woman, was crossing 35th Avenue mid-block when she was struck by two vehicles headed southbound.
Police say the victim was taken to the hospital via ambulance but died a short time later.
No other injuries were reported during the incident, but the crash remains under investigation.
