Tucson, AZ – Injuries Reported in Rollover Truck Accident at I-19 & Sahuarita Rd


Tucson, AZ (February 7, 2020) – The southbound lanes of I-19 were closed in Sahuarita and injuries were reported due to a rollover crash involving a commercial truck early on Friday.

According to information from the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash happened around 6:30 a.m. near KM 75, just south of Sahuarita Road. The truck driver was not seriously injured, but Tucson EMTs were at the scene to treat victims. It’s unclear how many other vehicles were involved in the accident, though both lanes were blocked by debris from the crash.

The accident remains under investigation at this time.
