Phoenix, AZ (March 4, 2020) – A man working at a Phoenix business was killed after a vehicle he was working on fell and crushed him on Wednesday morning.

Per reports from the Phoenix Police Department, the wreck happened around 9:30 a.m. at a business near 16th Street and Washington Avenue. Witnesses told police that the man was working on a charter bus when it fell on him. Phoenix Fire personnel responded to the accident and pronounced the man dead at the scene.

At this time, the cause of death will be determined by the Phoenix Medical Examiner’s office, and police say the investigation is ongoing.
