Injury Car Accidents in Arizona
Data published recently by the Arizona Department of Transportation showed that there were more than 130,000 crashes across the state in 2018. Sadly, a large portion of these wrecks resulted in numerous injured victims. In fact, approximately 37,000 involved at least two separate injured drivers, passengers, or pedestrians.
When drivers or their passengers are injured in a wreck, it exacerbates the stress they already feel from the accident. Wreck victims will often have to document damage, deal with insurance companies, and take time away from work. They may also be affected by costly medical bills and long-term physical problems as a result of the injuries sustained. But victims and their families can seek help from a personal injury lawyer, especially if they’ve been involved in a crash due to the negligence of another driver.
