Nogales, AZ – Injuries Reported in Truck Crash on I-19 at W Produce Row
Nogales, AZ (May 31, 2020) – Officers from the Nogales Police Department are investigating a crash that occurred in the southbound lanes of I-19 near Produce Row on Sunday.
According to information from the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash happened around 11:30 a.m. near milepost 4, just north of Nogales. Local EMTs were at the scene to treat victims, and authorities say that the crash closed I-19 southbound for several hours. At this time, it appears a truck was involved, though it’s unclear how many other cars were involved in the crash.
The accident remains under investigation, and officers have not released further details at this time.
