Phoenix, AZ – Two-Car Injury Wreck Reported on I-17 at 16th St & Sky Harbor
Phoenix, AZ (June 7, 2020) – On Sunday afternoon, a multi-vehicle crash that resulted in injuries occurred on Interstate-17 at 16th Street.
According to officials from the Phoenix Police Department, at least two vehicles were involved in the crash, which occurred on I-17 southbound near the 16th Street exit and Sky Harbor Airport. Authorities say the collision occurred when the vehicles were traveling near the off-ramp and collided in an apparent rear-end incident. Phoenix Paramedics were on the scene around 2:30 p.m. to treat victims.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash at this time.
