Mesa, AZ (June 11, 2020) – A two-car accident blocked multiple lanes of US 60 at Mesa Drive on Thursday evening and resulted in at least one injury.

According to authorities on the scene, the crash occurred when two vehicles collided in the right and center lanes of US 60 eastbound, also known as the Superstition Freeway, near Mesa Drive around 9:30 p.m. First responders arrived at the scene of the wreck to assist injured victims and clear the debris, though they’re still working to determine the cause of the wreck.

The accident remains under investigation at this time.
