Mohave Valley, AZ (July 18, 2020) – A multi-vehicle crash closed multiple lanes of southbound State Route 95 near Fort Mohave on Saturday evening.
Authorities at the scene say that the crash involved multiple vehicles that collided in the left lanes of SR 95 at milepost 236 around 7:30 p.m. The crash closed the area near Chaparral Road in Fort Mohave for at least one hour. Fire rescue units and police were dispatched to the scene of the crash to assist the injured victims and investigate the cause of the wreck, but they have not released the drivers’ information or further details at this time. It appears that EMTs treated at least one victim for injuries at the scene.
Officers from the Mohave Valley Police Department were also on the scene to collect evidence and clear the crash scene; however, the accident remains under investigation.
Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
