Tucson, AZ – One Party Killed in Fatal Crash on West Silverlake Road
Tucson, AZ (August 13, 2019) – Police have identified the woman who was killed in a fatal crash that took place on West Silverlake Road in Tucson on Wednesday.
The accident, according to police, took place around 12:30 p.m. At the time, 69-year-old Margaret Ramirez was driving her 2019 Impala westbound. She went through a light, which is where a 2019 Kia driving northbound came through at the same time.
The Impala Ramirez was traveling in drove in front of the Kia, causing the two vehicles to collide with one another. The driver of the Kia suffered minor injuries, while Ramirez was killed in the accident.
No citations have been issued at this time and the investigation continues.
