Pine, AZ – Injury Crash Blocks Multiple Lanes of SR 87 Past Payson
Pine, AZ (August 17, 2019) – An injury accident blocked multiple lanes on State Route 87 in Pine, past Payson, on Saturday afternoon, August 17th.
Authorities at the scene say that at least two vehicles collided in the center lanes of SR 87 northbound in Pine, past Payson, around 12:45 p.m. First responders were at the scene shortly after the accident occurred, assisting the injured victims and investigating the cause of the crash. However, officials have not released the drivers’ information or details about their injuries at this time.
All lanes reopened by 2:30 p.m., after nearly two hours of backup and only one lane available until then.
