Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families at this time. We hope for their full recovery.

Pedestrian Accidents in Phoenix

On average, one pedestrian is killed every two hours in an accident in the United States. Arizona is one of the deadliest states for pedestrians, with a 35% increase in pedestrian fatalities over the past 10 years, according to the Governors Highway Safety Association.

Due to the lack of protection for pedestrians, even in crosswalks, these accidents often result in serious injuries or death. Victims can be left with high medical costs, long-term health issues, and emotional trauma after a pedestrian accident. However, victims and families affected by these accidents can seek legal aid from a skilled personal injury lawyer.
