Injurious Crashes in Arizona
According to a study from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Arizona is one of the top five most dangerous states in the country for drivers. Fatalities and injuries are especially prevalent during the summer months. The study, which tracked injuries and fatalities between May and September, reported that Interstate 10 had 100 fatalities during that time.
It’s clear that these serious incidents are an unfortunate reality of life in Arizona. Those who sustain crash injuries go through physical and emotional trauma, having to document their injuries, negotiate with insurance companies, and even take time from work or deal with job loss. But individuals who are affected can seek help from a personal injury lawyer, especially if they’ve been involved in an accident that’s caused by the negligent actions of another driver.
