Work Accidents in Arizona
Serious injuries can be common on the job site, especially in construction areas, where workers often operate heavy equipment and machinery. In fact, injurious work incidents resulted in nearly 37 fatalities in Arizona last year.
After a work accident, victims and families are often left with financial difficulties and emotional trauma. Employers may attempt to cover up the incident or avoid paying a victim’s fair compensation after an accident on the job site, particularly in cases where employers are at fault for the incident. If you have suffered in a work accident as a result of an employer’s negligence, you should contact a personal injury attorney to review your options.
