Phoenix, AZ (October 6, 2019) – A man suspected of driving while impaired struck and killed another driver on Saturday afternoon.

According to officers from the Phoenix Police Department, the 29-year-old man was driving a 2019 Toyota Camry when he turned left from Weldon Avenue near Northwest Grand Avenue and crashed into Heather Began, 25, who was driving a 2008 Ford Fusion. The crash occurred around 4:15 p.m.
