Workplace Injuries in Arizona
Serious injuries on the job site can be common, particularly in construction areas where workers often operate heavy machinery and equipment. Furthermore, these injurious work incidents often result in fatal consequences, with nearly 40 workplace deaths in Arizona last year.
Victims and families are often left with financial difficulties and emotional trauma following work injuries. In fact, employers may attempt to cover up the incident or avoid paying a victim’s fair compensation after workplace injuries on the job site, especially when companies are at fault for the incident. If you have suffered in a work accident caused by an employer’s negligence, you should contact a personal injury attorney to review your options.
