Glendale, AZ – Ha Trang Struck & Killed in Pedestrian Accident Near 51st Ave
Glendale, AZ (October 30, 2019) – A serious pedestrian accident on Tuesday night has left one man dead.
Per reports from the Phoenix Police Department, 65-year-old Ha Hoang Trang was hit by an SUV in Glendale around 7:00 p.m., near 51st Avenue and Camelback Road. Police say that Trang was walking in the middle of the road when an SUV traveling westbound on Camelback hit him. Phoenix paramedics arrived at the scene shortly after the incident occurred to transport Trang to the hospital.
He arrived at an area medical center in serious condition but later died, according to Glendale authorities.
The driver of the SUV stayed on the scene, and police do not believe impairment was a factor. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
