Drowsy Driving Collisions in Phoenix
Unfortunately, many drivers get behind the wheel without adequate rest. This may seem innocent enough, but lack of sleep can be just as bad as driving while intoxicated. Studies have shown that drowsy drivers are much more likely to cause a serious collision.
Nearly 40 percent of all motorists have fallen asleep in the driver’s seat at some point during their lives. More than 6,000 fatal accidents are recorded each year attributed to drowsy drivers. Victims may be able to contact a skilled Arizona car crash lawyer to pursue legal action.
