Tucson, AZ – Critical Injuries Reported in Motorcycle Crash on Fort Lowell Rd
Tucson, AZ (November 10, 2019) – One person is suffering from life-threatening injuries after a motorcycle accident on Fort Lowell Road near Winterhaven.
Officers from the Tucson Police Department responded to the accident around 9:15 a.m. on Sunday. Authorities say the crash involved a truck and motorcycle and occurred when the truck pulled out of a parking lot in front of the motorcycle. The motorcyclist, an adult male of unknown age, was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the truck remained on the scene and cooperated with authorities. Police say there were no signs of impairment and speed does not appear to be a factor, though the accident is still under investigation and it is unknown if the truck driver has been cited in the incident.
