Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in Arizona
Arizona was one of the top five states across the country for pedestrian deaths last year, with Arizona and the four other states accounting for a whopping 46 percent of pedestrian deaths in the United States. And according to the Arizona Department of Transportation, more vehicles are out on the roads this holiday season, meaning a higher risk of car accidents, namely pedestrian-related accidents.
Due to the nature of pedestrian accidents, victims may suffer long-term injuries, exorbitant medical expenses, and even job loss or death. However, those affected by these dangerous accidents can contact a Phoenix wrongful death lawyer for help, and in some cases, seek justice and fair compensation from a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit.
