Injurious Work Accidents in Arizona
Worksite accidents causing injury last year resulted in almost 40 deaths in Arizona. When it comes to rugged work sites and commercial labor jobs across the state, injuries can be common. Workers in these areas often operate heavy equipment and machinery or deal with corrosive chemicals, which can sometimes be defective or outdated, resulting in injury.
Workers can be exposed to chemicals or dangerous materials without their full consent or knowledge, leaving them vulnerable to serious injury. And after a work accident, victims and families are often left with financial difficulties and emotional trauma. If you have suffered in a work accident as a result of an employer’s negligence, you should contact a personal injury attorney to review your options.
