Phoenix, AZ – 3-Car Crash Causes Serious Injury on I-17 at Dunlap Ave
Phoenix, AZ (December 31, 2019) – On Tuesday evening, a three-car collision occurred in the right lanes of Interstate 17, blocking traffic and resulting in at least one serious injury.
Local police officials reported that three vehicles collided in the right lanes of I-17, also referred to as the Black Canyon Freeway, just after Dunlap Avenue. Authorities were at the scene to assist injured victims and investigate the cause of the wreck, which occurred around 7:30 p.m.
Phoenix police officers gathered the information of all drivers at the scene while Phoenix EMTs treated one victim at the scene and appeared to transport another victim to the hospital. The current conditions of the drivers are unclear, though the wreck remains under investigation by authorities.
