Phoenix, AZ – Injuries Reported in Car Crash on I-17 at Indian School Rd
Phoenix, AZ (January 9, 2020) – A car accident blocked the left lanes of Interstate 17 near Indian School Road on Thursday and resulted in at least one seriously injured victim.
Officials say that the crash occurred when at least two sedans and one SUV collided in the left lanes of I-17 southbound, also known as the Black Canyon Freeway, at Indian School Road around 9:30 p.m.
Police and fire rescue units responded to the injury accident to assist victims and determine the cause of the wreck, though they have not released the drivers’ information at this time.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
