Workplace Accidents in Arizona
Serious injuries can be common and dangerous on the job site, particularly in construction areas. When it comes to construction or utility zones, employees often operate heavy equipment and machinery. And these injurious accidents in the workforce can result in fatal consequences, with almost 40 deaths attributed to workplace accidents last year in Arizona.
Victims and families are often left with financial difficulties and emotional trauma in the aftermath. In fact, employers may attempt to cover up the incident or avoid paying fair compensation after workplace injuries, especially when they’re determined to be at fault for the incident. If you have suffered in a work accident caused by an employer’s negligence or lack of safety equipment, you should contact a personal injury attorney to review your options.
