Phoenix, AZ – Injuries Reported in Car Crash on L-101 at Thomas Rd
Phoenix, AZ (January 10, 2020) – An injury accident on Friday evening blocked the left lanes of traffic on Loop 101 at Thomas Road and resulted in several injuries.
Officials responded to the scene of the accident, which occurred around 10:35 p.m. when multiple vehicles collided in the southbound lanes of L-101, also known as the Agua Fria Freeway. Police and fire rescue units were at the scene to assist injured victims and investigate the cause of the accident, which appeared to involve one SUV and one sedan in a rear-end incident.
The drivers’ information and their current conditions have not been released at this time, though the accident remains under investigation.
