Camp Verde, AZ – Multi-Car Crash Causes Injuries on I-17 Near SR 260
Camp Verde, AZ (April 9, 2020) – A multi-vehicle crash early Thursday morning caused injuries and highway closures on Interstate 17, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The crash occurred on northbound I-17 near Camp Verde and State Route 260 around 1:30 a.m., close to milepost 287. Authorities say that the wreck blocked all northbound lanes of I-17 but was later cleared. It appears at least one person was treated for injuries and taken to a local area hospital.
The victim’s information and their current condition have not been released, but officers say that the accident remains under investigation.
