Chandler, AZ – Injuries Reported in Multi-Car Collision on L-101 at Ray Rd
Chandler, AZ (February 7, 2020) – Injuries were reported in a multi-car crash on Loop 101 on Friday evening.
Officers determined that the wreck occurred around 10:00 p.m. and involved at least two vehicles. It appears that one SUV may have collided with a sedan, resulting in a wreck in the left lanes of L-101 northbound, also called the Price Freeway, near Ray Road in Chandler.
It appears that one of the victims was transported to the hospital via ambulance by Chandler paramedics. Officers from the Chandler Police Department closed the affected lanes, leaving only one lane of traffic open on L-101 Price.
Authorities advised drivers to exit early and avoid the area while they investigated the cause of the wreck and cleared the scene.
