Chandler, AZ – Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident at Chandler Blvd & Kyrene Rd
Chandler, AZ (December 14, 2019) – Police are investigating a motorcycle crash that left a 63-year-old man dead on Saturday afternoon.
According to officers from the Chandler Police Department, the crash happened around 2:45 p.m. at a parking lot in the area of Chandler Boulevard near Kyrene Road. Police say the motorcyclist and another driver collided in the parking lot. At that point, the man lost control of his motorcycle and hit his head on the curb. He was taken to the hospital shortly after the accident occurred by Chandler EMTs, where he was pronounced dead.
It is unclear if the other driver stayed at the scene or if they were injured, though authorities are still investigating the crash at this time.
