Chandler, AZ – Officers Investigating Injury Wreck on L-101 at Warner Rd
Chandler, AZ (April 28, 2020) – According to officers from the Chandler Police Department, a crash involving several vehicles caused a large traffic backup on the Loop 101 and resulted in several injuries on Tuesday.
The crash occurred on southbound Loop 101 at Warner Road in Chandler around 5:00 p.m. and appeared to happen in the center and right lanes. Though the extent of the victims’ injuries is unknown at this time, local EMTs were at the scene and appeared to transport at least one victim to an area hospital.
The crash remains under investigation by authorities with the Chandler and Phoenix Police Departments, and several lanes of the Price Freeway were shut down for the investigation.
