El Mirage, AZ – Man Badly Injured in Machinery Accident on Butler Dr
El Mirage, AZ (October 22, 2019) – This morning around 1:30 a.m., a man was badly injured in a machinery accident that took place on Butler Drive in El Mirage.
The accident took place when the man was crushed by a piece of machinery in the workplace. He has since been identified as a 19-year-old employee. He became trapped and suffered serious injuries before he was rescued.
Fire personnel worked to extract the man from equipment before he was flown to a local area hospital in critical condition by medical helicopter.
Police believe the individual is going to recover. The investigation into the accident continues at this time.
