Flagstaff, AZ (July 1, 2019) – One person is dead after a motorcycle accident on Saturday, June 29th, near Flagstaff.

According to officials, the accident happened at around 11:30 a.m. on Highway 180 westbound, about six miles west of Snowbowl Road and Baderville Road. The Department of Public Safety says that 63-year-old Ronald Richison of Salem, OR, was traveling westbound when he went off the road, rolled, and was thrown off his motorcycle.

Richison was not wearing a helmet at the time of the motorcycle accident. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
