Glendale, AZ – Children Injured in Two-Car Accident on Grand Avenue


Glendale, AZ (June 25, 2019) – On Monday, June 25th, Glendale Police officials were called to the scene of a two-car accident at the Grand Avenue and 57th Drive intersection.

Glendale Police confirmed that adults and children alike were injured in the crash. Officers were sent to the scene of the crash last night around 4:46 p.m., where they found that two cars were involved in the crash.

Police found that a truck was making a left turn at the intersection when it was suddenly struck by a passenger vehicle headed northwest at the time.

A small child around 5-years-old was inside the truck and two adults with four children, between ages two weeks and eight years, were inside the passenger vehicle involved.

Police say that all of the parties received non-life-threatening injuries and are expected to be okay. Many remain in stable condition at various local hospitals.

The investigation into the accident continues at this time.
