Mesa, AZ – Authorities Investigating Injurious Wreck on US 60 at Alma School Rd

Mesa, AZ (March 26, 2020) – A multi-vehicle accident on Thursday afternoon occurred on US-60 near Alma School Road, resulting in injuries.

The multi-vehicle collision occurred around 4:30 p.m. According to police, at least two vehicles appear to be involved in the wreck, which occurred when the vehicles traveling eastbound on US-60, also known as the Superstition Freeway, collided in the left lane past the Alma School on-ramp.

Authorities were on the scene to assist those involved in the accident and investigate the cause of the crash. All lanes reopened just before 5:30 p.m.

Information regarding the number and intensity of injuries has not been released. The accident remains under investigation.
