Mesa, AZ – Fatality & Injuries Reported in Accident at US 60 Near Country Club Dr
Mesa, AZ (November 23, 2019) – U.S. 60 was closed at Country Club Drive in Mesa after a deadly crash late Saturday night.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, troopers responded to the scene and arrived to find one vehicle facing sideways with a seriously injured person inside. DPS said that the person later died from their injuries. Troopers arrested one person who they say was involved in the crash. The investigation is ongoing to determine if driver impairment is a factor in the accident. Eastbound U.S. 60 remained closed while troopers investigated the wreck.
