Mesa, AZ (June 8, 2020) – Several lanes of US 60 at Crismon Road were closed following a serious crash on Monday evening that resulted in injuries.

According to officers from the Mesa Police Department, the accident happened in the left lanes of US 60 westbound around 6:30 p.m. Officials from the Department of Public Safety said that the crash occurred when a sedan collided with a pick-up truck in the middle of the intersection. Emergency responders evaluated victims at the scene and appeared to transport at least one person to an area hospital.

The investigation is ongoing.
