Mesa, AZ – Injuries Reported in Rear-End Crash on L-101 at Southern Ave


Mesa, AZ (January 6, 2020) – At least one person was injured in a car accident on Monday after their vehicle was rear-ended on Loop 101.

According to officers from the Mesa Police Department, the accident occurred on L-101 southbound, also known as the Price Freeway, near Southern Avenue around 7:45 p.m. It appears that a white passenger vehicle rear-ended an SUV. Phoenix paramedics were at the scene to transport victims to a local area hospital. The extent of the injuries the victims sustained is not known at this time. 

Police are still investigating the incident and have not released any additional information.
