Mesa, AZ – Injurious Rollover Crash Reported on US 60 at Higley Rd

Mesa, AZ (April 15, 2020) – Officers from the Mesa Police Department are investigating a multi-car collision that occurred on Friday afternoon.

According to information from Arizona State Troopers, at least two vehicles collided in the westbound lanes of US 60, also known as the Superstition Freeway, at the Higley Road off-ramp around 4:30 p.m. It appears that the accident was caused by some sort of chain-reaction incident that blocked all lanes of the ramp and resulted in a subsequent rollover crash. Mesa paramedics were at the scene shortly after the accident occurred to treat injured victims.

Detectives are still investigating the cause of the accident at this time.

Our thoughts go out to the injured victims in hopes of a full recovery.
