Mesa, AZ (July 31, 2019) – An injury crash on Wednesday afternoon, July 31st, blocked the right lane of Loop 101 at Elliot Road in Mesa.

According to authorities who responded to the injury wreck, multiple vehicles collided in the northbound lanes of L-101, also known as the Price Freeway, around 5:50 p.m. Police and fire rescue units were on the scene and said that the accident involved at least two vehicles colliding in the right lanes. First responders were assisting the injured victims and determining the cause of the collision, though the drivers’ information and their current conditions have not been released at this time.

All lanes reopened just before 6:30 p.m., though traffic remained slow in the area through rush hour.
