Mesa, AZ – Man Hit & Killed in Pedestrian Accident at Southern Ave
Mesa, AZ (June 14, 2020) – A man is dead after getting hit by a minivan in Mesa late Saturday night.
Per reports from the Mesa Police Department, the accident occurred in the area of Stapley Drive and Southern Avenue. Police say the man appeared to be crossing the road at Southern Avenue when he got hit by the minivan.
It’s unclear if the driver was speeding or impaired, though the accident remains under investigation, and officers have not released further details at this time.
