Mesa, AZ – Mesa Police Investigating Injury Crash on L-202 at Country Club Rd
Mesa, AZ (July 13, 2020) – A multi-vehicle wreck blocked the right lanes of Loop 202 on Monday afternoon and resulted in at least one injury.
According to officials at the scene, it appears that at least two sedans collided on L-202 eastbound, also known as the Red Mountain Freeway, at Country Club Road around 6:30 p.m. Fire rescue units, as well as officers from the Mesa Police Department, responded to the crash shortly after it occurred and assisted injured victims. Authorities were also working to determine the cause of the wreck, though the drivers’ information is not known at this time.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
