Mesa, AZ – Multi-Vehicle Crash Blocks Lanes on L-101 Price Near Rio Salado
Mesa, AZ (July 26, 2019) – A multi-vehicle accident on Friday afternoon, July 26th, blocked all but the left and right lanes on Loop 101 near Rio Salado.
Officials say the collision occurred around 3:11 p.m. and involved at least two vehicles on L-101 southbound, also known as the Price Freeway, which occurred near Rio Salado. Authorities were on the scene to assist victims and investigate the cause of the crash.
Identifying information about the drivers and the extent of their injuries has not been released, but all lanes reopened just before 4:00 p.m.
