Mesa, AZ – Officers Investigating Injury Wreck on US 60 at Country Club Dr
Mesa, AZ (July 1, 2020) – An injury crash on Wednesday afternoon closed the center-right lanes of US 60 eastbound at Country Club Drive and resulted in at least one injury.
According to authorities at the scene of the accident, multiple vehicles collided on US 60 eastbound, also known as the Superstition Freeway, around 4:30 p.m. Officials said that the accident appeared to involve at least two vehicles, both of which were identified as sedans at the scene. Police and fire rescue units responded to the injury wreck to assist the accident victims and determine the cause of the multi-vehicle collision, though further details were not made available.
The drivers’ information and their current conditions have not yet been released, but the crash remains under investigation.
