Oro Valley, AZ (November 13, 2019) – A serious crash shut down Shannon Road between Lambert Lane and Naranja Drive on Wednesday afternoon, according to information from the Oro Valley Police Department.

OVPD has not yet released how many vehicles were involved in the incident, but rescue units from the Golder Ranch Fire Department said that two passengers of one vehicle have died in the incident. Two more people were also injured in the crash, and of those two victims, one was transported to the hospital via ambulance for further treatment.

Details are limited at this time, but the accident remains under investigation by the Oro Valley Police Department.
