Multi-Vehicle Collisions in Arizona
Nearly 55,000 accidents and more than 35,000 injuries occurred in 2018 across the state of Arizona, part of a steady year-over-year increase in serious wrecks since 2016, with a peak in serious injuries in 2017. More than half of those crashes were rear-end accidents and included one or more injuries. And data from the Arizona Department of Transportation shows that the summer months bring even more traffic to highways, resulting in a higher risk of critical accidents.
Exorbitant medical bills, serious long-term injuries, and even job loss are some of the tragic, unforeseen consequences that may plague victims and their families after a wreck. But those affected by these collisions can contact a Phoenix accident lawyer for help, and in some cases, seek the fair compensation they deserve from a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit.
