Peoria, AZ – Multi-Vehicle Wreck Blocks HOV Lane on L-101 at 75th Ave
Peoria, AZ (July 19, 2019) – A multi-vehicle accident on Friday afternoon, July 19th, blocked the HOV lane of Loop 101 eastbound near 75th Avenue.
Authorities responded to the accident around 3:02 p.m., after several vehicles traveling eastbound on L-101, also known as the Agua Fria Freeway, collided and blocked the HOV lane. Fire rescue and police were on the scene to assist the victims and investigate the cause of the injury crash. At least two vehicles appeared to be involved in the incident.
Officials are still investigating at this time but have not released the victims’ information.
