Phoenix, AZ (March 6, 2020) – Two vehicles were involved in a car crash on Friday afternoon, resulting in at least one serious injury on Loop 202 near Scottsdale Road.

According to authorities from the Phoenix Police Department, the accident occurred when a driver lost control of their vehicle and veered into another car on L-202. Fire crews with both Phoenix and Tempe responded to the scene and reported that at least one person was transported to an area hospital. The victims’ identifying information and current conditions have not been released, however.

The investigation into the circumstances leading up to the accident continues at this time.
