Phoenix, AZ (February 26, 2020) – A multi-vehicle wreck on Wednesday afternoon resulted in several injured victims, per reports from the Phoenix Police Department.

Local authorities say the accident occurred when two passenger cars and a red pickup truck collided in the left lanes of L-202 eastbound, also known as the Red Mountain Freeway, near 24th Street around 6:40 p.m. Fire rescue and police units assisted injured victims and worked to determine the cause of the wreck, but they have not released the drivers’ information at this time. The current conditions of the injured victims also remain unknown.

The accident remains under investigation.
