Phoenix, AZ – Authorities Investigating Injury Crash on I-10 at 43rd Ave
Phoenix, AZ (April 10, 2020) – A multi-car crash on Interstate 10 at 43rd Avenue caused traffic delays on the interstate and resulted in at least one injured victim on Friday afternoon.
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, traffic was diverted by authorities on the left shoulder through the HOV lane. It is unclear how many victims were injured in the crash or how the crash was caused, though it appears at least three cars collided in the right and center lanes on westbound I-10. Paramedics appeared to transport one victim to the hospital, though it’s unclear which vehicle the victim was traveling in.
The wreck remains under investigation at this time.
