Phoenix, AZ – Chain-Reaction Collision on AZ-51
Phoenix, AZ (October 24, 2019) – Around 7:30 a.m. this morning, a chain-reaction collision took place on AZ-51 in Phoenix that led to injuries.
Though the exact number of vehicles involved has not yet been released, photographs at the scene showed three vehicles had collided with one another. Police are still trying to determine what caused the accident.
Paramedics and other emergency responders were present at the scene and to assist those with injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.
The accident, according to police, occurred in the northbound lanes of the highway and led to various delays.
No other details have been released but the investigation is currently ongoing.
