Phoenix, AZ (September 17, 2019) – Around 11:30 a.m. yesterday morning, a man from Chandler was killed in a truck accident that happened on Interstate 17 in Phoenix.

The accident took place when a pickup truck went into the median of the interstate and suddenly sideswiped a commercial flatbed truck for reasons that are not yet known.

After the collision between the two vehicles, the truck rolled onto its passenger side. One passenger inside the truck was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected from the vehicle.

The passenger has since been identified as 43-year-old Dominguez Fuentes Valentino, who was tragically pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances leading up to the collision.
